We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced NHS Trust Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality care and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate our quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with national policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective quality improvement initiatives, working closely with our divisions to drive improvements in patient care.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address quality and safety risks, implementing measures to mitigate harm and improve outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on quality and patient safety, supporting the development of our staff into experts in these areas.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • A postgraduate management, leadership or specialist qualification or previous experience.
  • Educated to master's level in risk, safety or equivalent level, or equivalent experience of working at a senior level.
