Quality Assurance Specialist for Clinical Haematology

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in maintaining the high standards of quality and patient safety within our Clinical Haematology department.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with HTA and JACIE standards.
- Conduct root cause analyses for incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the quality control process of departmental documentation and oversee change control processes.
- Provide quality management training to staff and deputise for the Quality Lead.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A quality management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
