About the Role

Fostering People is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Dundee. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our foster carers and children, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, mail management, and filing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to telephone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage our office systems, including the Charms database and other in-house bespoke business systems.
  • Coordinate carer training, hotel bookings, and maintenance of records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a similar sector.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritize tasks effectively.
