Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Search. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our solicitors and legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal team, including preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage diary appointments and organize meetings for staff.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals in a professional manner.
  • Audio typing documents.
  • Handle telephone calls and enquiries, ensuring excellent client service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
