Assistant Learning Facilitator

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Learning Facilitator to join our client's team in Northampton. As an ideal candidate, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide support to both teachers and students. Key aspects of this role include:
Key Duties- Collaborate with teachers to prepare resources and plan lessons
- Offer one-on-one support to students in need
- Assist in tracking student progress through accurate record-keeping
This position offers an attractive annual salary of £21,324, paid on a term-time basis, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Essential Qualifications- GCSE grade 4 or above in English and Maths
- Desirable STALIS Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship
