Role Overview

We are looking for a Maths and English Learning Facilitator to support students in Corby and surrounding areas. As a Learning Facilitator, you will be working with primary or secondary children who may have SEN/ SEMH needs or looked after (LAC).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering educational sessions face to face with children at their homes or a public space e.g. library, community centre, etc.
  • Developing resources tailored to each child's needs, focusing on core subjects like Maths, English, and Science.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching experience, including SEN/ SEMH background
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with children
  • Able to implement various behaviour management strategies

Salary and Benefits
