IRIS -Networx Services is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Assessment & Reconnection Worker. This role involves supporting individuals at risk of rough sleeping and providing them with the necessary assistance to overcome their challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to support their recovery and well-being.
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on welfare benefits, housing legislation, and other relevant areas.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a comprehensive support system for clients.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Patience, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of the complex issues faced by homeless individuals and the ability to manage complex behaviors.
