**Location:** East Midlands
Wynne Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic business planning.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead the sales team to achieve annual targets and expand the customer base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to improve performance and achieve individual goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the UK and Irish markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
**Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
