New Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated New Business Growth Manager to join our team at DCV Technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong record of accomplishing new business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for hunting and developing new accounts in new markets, building relationships with customers, and proactively seeking new opportunities. They will have strong attention to detail, be well organized, and be comfortable at all levels, including strategic level.
The role involves daily outgoing calls to all customers, managing pricing with a clear focus on growth and margin, minimizing business risk, and selling value-added concepts and solutions to clients. The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, with one day per week working from the Swaffham office.
Main Responsibilities:
