As a highly autonomous and rewarding Head of Sales role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales function and overseeing various teams within a long-standing and highly profitable manufacturer.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the industry, with a proven track record of continuously growing businesses and increasing turnover within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Sales department and drive growth
  • Lead the development of strategies to increase company turnover
  • Forecast, budget, and manage key accounts
  • Travel to UK customer sites and occasionally visit the European office
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar in injection moulding
  • A desire to become Head of Sales
