Care and Support Partner

Care and Support Partners play a vital role in enabling individuals with disabilities to live independently in their own homes.
We are seeking a highly skilled Care and Support Partner to join our team at Independent Living Alternatives.
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will work closely with our clients to provide tailored support and care that enables them to maintain their independence.
The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also help your clients to access community resources and engage in activities that promote their well-being.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour, plus holiday pay and pension contributions. You will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you excel in your role.
