About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Club Manager and take on a key leadership role in our Breakfast and After School Clubs. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the clubs, including managing staff, communicating with parents, and implementing protocols and policies to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the Breakfast and After School Clubs
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide high-quality care and activities
  • Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and other stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a management or team leading role
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification (training provided)
  • SEN experience desirable but not essential
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional hours paid for planning and preparation.
