Care Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Carer to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
This role involves leading a team of care staff, including training, supervisions, and delegating duties on shift. The successful candidate will also be responsible for administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, district nursing teams, and resident family members.
The ideal candidate will possess strong team leadership skills, the ability to make appropriate decisions, and a warm-hearted approach to care. An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required, as well as previous experience in a residential care setting.
