Job Title: Childcare Manager Position

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

About the Role:

The Junior Adventures Group is seeking an experienced Childcare Manager to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our Breakfast and After School Clubs, providing a fun and safe environment for children.

We are looking for someone with excellent management and team leading skills, who can demonstrate a passion for working with children. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and implementing protocols and policies to ensure the welfare of children in their care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
  • To ensure effective communication between the venue, team members, parents, and Central Operations.
  • To implement protocols and policies with team members to ensure the welfare of children in their care.
Requirements:

This role requires an enhanced DBS check and SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
