Sales Order Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and maintain accurate records.
- Process customer orders and artwork in a timely manner.
- Provide information to internal teams to ensure accurate production and delivery.
- Create job bags for production following strict process controls.
- Manage stock levels and raise purchase orders for raw materials and outwork services.
- Coordinate with customers to meet delivery deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and a passion for delivering excellent levels of care.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £28-30K.
- 37.5 hours per week.
