Sales Order Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, queries, and orders from existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain and manage existing customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Receive and process customer orders, artwork, and information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using sales software and systems to manage customer data and orders.
