Role Responsibility

As a Sales and Distribution Coordinator, you'll provide internal and external sales and distribution support to your team and the Tarmac group. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the sales and distribution of our Readymix product range to customers
  • Supporting the raising and pricing of quotes that process to order conversion or query resolutions
  • Working with the team to convert enquiries into orders, respond to sales calls and emails
  • Accurately processing all order information and responding positively and confidently to customer requests, orders, scheduling and planning to ensure timely delivery of orders agreed with customers
  • Demonstrating an excellent telephone manner when dealing with customers
  • Prioritizing and multitasking daily duties
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Engaging with customers to better understand their requirements by developing and demonstrating industry-leading product knowledge

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in SAP, CRM, and Microsoft IT systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Numeracy and analytical ability
