Sales Order Coordinator

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive / Sales Order Processor to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Process customer orders and artwork, ensuring accurate information is provided to internal teams.
- Collaborate with production, reprographics, and technical departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent communication and customer service.
- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure critical delivery dates are met.
- Raise purchase orders for raw materials and outwork services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in a print environment is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
