Job Summary

Smiths Group is seeking a highly experienced Lean Six Sigma Coach to lead the transformation of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that drive business results and improve our operational efficiency.

As a Lean Six Sigma Coach, you will work closely with our business leaders and stakeholders to identify and execute projects that align with our strategic objectives. You will also provide coaching and training to our team members to develop their skills and abilities in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma training and coaching, as well as a strong track record of delivering business results. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects that drive business results and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to develop their skills and abilities in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to identify and execute projects that align with our strategic objectives
  • Facilitate workshops and kaizen events to bring together cross-functional teams to achieve targeted performance improvement
  • Identify, promote, and disseminate out-of-the-box Lean thinking and best practices
Requirements
  • 15 years of demonstrable and extensive Lean Six Sigma Training and Coaching experience
  • Line Management experience combined with skills in Microsoft Visio, Minitab, and MS Office Applications
  • Experience with project management, data analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to facilitate multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes
