Sales and Community Strategist

The Marketing/Community Manager role plays a pivotal part in our growth strategy, leading initiatives that drive engagement, expand our presence across the US, and foster strong sponsorship relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Sponsorship Portfolio Management: Secure new sponsorships, cultivate relationships with existing ones, and oversee deliverables to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Event Planning and Execution: Develop an annual events calendar, coordinate marketing efforts, collaborate with sponsors and co-hosts, and attend events to represent BTSN.
- Community Development: Lead the mentorship program, create engaging newsletters, and nurture the BTSN community to increase member participation and retention.
- US Expansion Strategy: Develop plans to attract new members, increase engagement, and grow our presence across the US.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in marketing, event management, and community development.
- Excellent communication skills, public speaking ability, and proficiency in design tools like Canva.
- A strong understanding of social media marketing and its applications.
