As a Senior Sales Strategist with Sue Ross Recruitment Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving exceptional client service and delivering high-end sales solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership roles and a strong track record of retaining and expanding existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial performance, set targets, and develop strategies with the SVP Business Operations to achieve plan targets.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams, focusing on lead generation, sales presentations, and account expansion.
  • Maintain a strong presence within the local and extended team.
  • Identify at-risk clients and execute strategies to retain their business.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of sales and sales leadership experience in the exhibits, custom product/marketing solutions, or advertising industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  3. Proven skills in client and employee relationship management.

The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
