About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company as a Regional Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for driving growth through new business development and account management in the South West.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver structured sales plans with measurable goals in line with the company's commercial strategy.
  • Analyse customer needs and design service solutions that align with them.
  • Oversee projects within your portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a remote sales region.
  • A track record of successful sales in a B2B environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to develop creative solutions for client needs.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, corporate eyecare scheme, free parking, and discretionary benefits upon successful completion of probation.
