We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Optimise Talent Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and cross-selling additional tech-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Looking after a portfolio of existing clients and cross-selling additional tech-related products
  • Ensuring client satisfaction is exceeded and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Identifying pain points and opportunities to effectively expand client spend
  • Post-sales support for clients once they onboarded
  • Ensuring client retention and accurate forecasting of client spend

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a Regional Business Development Manager or Sales position
  • A consultative sales person who is also comfortable account managing
  • Someone who is tech-savvy, ideally with an IT or tech-related background either professionally or educationally

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of up to £40,000
  • An uncapped commission structure and OTE of £65,000
