Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Optimise Talent Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and cross-selling additional tech-related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking after a portfolio of existing clients and cross-selling additional tech-related products
- Ensuring client satisfaction is exceeded and nurturing long-term relationships
- Identifying pain points and opportunities to effectively expand client spend
- Post-sales support for clients once they onboarded
- Ensuring client retention and accurate forecasting of client spend
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a Regional Business Development Manager or Sales position
- A consultative sales person who is also comfortable account managing
- Someone who is tech-savvy, ideally with an IT or tech-related background either professionally or educationally
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of up to £40,000
- An uncapped commission structure and OTE of £65,000
- 36 days holidays per year and Xmas shut down
