Payroll Administrator Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team in Woking. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate processing of client payrolls, supporting the on-boarding process, and implementing new payrolls and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Process client payrolls accurately and efficiently
- Support the on-boarding process for new clients
- Implement new payrolls and procedures as needed
- Train and support junior payroll administrators
- Contribute to the development of quality control checks and system enhancements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience in a bureau environment
- At least 4-5 years general payroll experience
- CIPP technician certification preferred but not essential
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and databases
- Experience with STAR/Iris or PayCircle is an asset
- Knowledge of pension providers' websites
