We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Bureau Processor to join our team in the Payroll Bureau department based out of our offices.

Job Description:
  • Accurate processing of client payrolls is a critical responsibility.
  • Supporting the on-boarding process agreed with clients and setting up payrolls to our system.
  • Implementation of new payrolls and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assisting with training and supporting junior payroll administrators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with the implementation and roll out of quality control checks and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll, within a payroll bureau environment, and strong IT skills, including MS Office and databases.

A competitive base salary (£60,000) - we conduct yearly market research to ensure fair compensation for our employees.

An annual leave entitlement of 33 days per year, including bank holidays (31.5 days for trainees).

We offer a Private Medical Cover scheme available to all employees, as well as a Private Pension Matching Scheme and Employee Referral Bonus.
