Classroom Assistant Leader Opportunity

We are working closely with Academics to recruit qualified Cover Supervisors to join our network of secondary schools in and around Thame. As a reliable and hardworking individual, you will take on a leadership role in maintaining the school's high standards for behaviour while supporting students' learning during teacher absences.

This position is well-suited for graduates looking to gain valuable classroom experience and begin a career in education. GCSEs in Maths or English with C or above are required for consideration. For those interested, opportunities to support SEN children also exist.

Ideal Skills:
  1. Prior experience in a school setting.
