We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a teaching support assistant in Thame.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons, ensuring students receive the best possible educational experience.
  • Develop strategies to promote student engagement and motivation, using a range of techniques to cater to different learning styles.
  • Manage student behavior, implementing positive reinforcement and restorative practices to reduce disruptions and promote a constructive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents, providing updates and feedback on student progress and achievements.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
