We are a reputable school in the Thame area, seeking an experienced and reliable Supply Teacher to join our staff on a flexible basis. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of students and adapt your teaching style to meet their individual needs.
Job Description:We are a well-regarded school in the Thame area, known for our commitment to delivering high-quality education. Our ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different age groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach classes in the absence of the regular class teacher.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior and support their social and emotional development.
**Salary Range:** £140-£200 per day
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to different age groups.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
- Previous experience in a teaching role is preferred, though not essential.
