We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Chaplain to join our team at Methodist Homes' Kenbrook care home in Wembley. As a Chaplain, you will be responsible for providing spiritual support and guidance to our residents, staff, and their families.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older people and contribute to their well-being. You will work closely with local faith communities to build relationships and ensure that the spiritual needs of our residents are met.

In this role, you will lead Christian worship services, provide pastoral care, and develop good working relationships with local churches and other faith communities. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand the spiritual aspects of ageing and dementia will be essential in providing high-quality care.

If you have experience of leading services and providing pastoral care, we would love to hear from you. You will be a practising Christian, able to demonstrate an understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and its implications for this role.

About the Role

The Chaplain will be the focus for the spiritual life of the Home and Scheme, ensuring that the spiritual needs of residents, staff, and families are addressed. This includes visiting hospitals, attending staff meetings, and developing relationships between MHA and local churches and other faith communities.

This is a varied role, offering opportunities to use your people skills to make a real difference in the lives of others.
