Job Opportunity: Senior Healthcare CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our Extra Care Scheme. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of care workers and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of care workers, ensuring they meet the required standards;
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve staff performance and retention;
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring all processes are followed and correctly controlled;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in healthcare management, preferably with experience in community care;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team;
- Good budget and business management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
- A solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to community care services;
