Community Care Manager Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated Community Care Manager Lead to join our team at Advantage Healthcare.
As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of our care team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community care, with experience in managing teams and developing effective care plans.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the care team to achieve exceptional service delivery
- Developing and implementing new care initiatives
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior care management role
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality care services
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
