">We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Children's Community Nursing Professional to join our team in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team, providing nursing care to children and their families in the community. You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with other healthcare professionals.
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Providing skilled, effective, evidence-based nursing care for children with complex care needs, including technology-dependent care such as tracheostomy care and central venous access.
- Working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure a seamless delivery of care to families.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current NMC Registration for children's nursing.
- Evidence of post-registration study/learning over the past two years.
- Numeracy skills required for the safe administration of medicines.
Salary and Allowances
We offer a competitive salary range of £43,041 - £60,971 per annum (Band 6), plus additional allowances.
