Nursery Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our pre-school team at Willing Care.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and development. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

With a salary of up to £30,000, this is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced childcare professional to inspire young learners and support a collaborative team in delivering exceptional early years education.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Early Years Qualification or higher, with a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and experience with Montessori principles. Strong communication skills, organisational strength, and a genuine dedication to nurturing children's growth and fostering their curiosity are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee the daily operations of the pre-school room, guiding a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, individualized care and learning.
  • Create a Stimulating Environment: Design and implement activities that spark curiosity and meet each child's developmental needs in line with Montessori principles.
