About the Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced Team Lead in Early Childhood Education to oversee the Early Years department at our prestigious independent preparatory school in North West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators, planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum that supports child-led learning and promotes a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement a dynamic Early Years curriculum that fosters child-centred learning and a nurturing educational environment
- Lead and mentor Early Years educators, providing guidance and coaching to promote professional development
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, valuing diversity and promoting equality

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Early Years teacher
- Preferred Qualification: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable
- Education: An Oxbridge degree or degree from a top 20 UK university is highly desirable, though not essential
