**About the school**:
**Teaching Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Provide support and guidance to students with SEN
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and development

**Teaching Assistant Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN
- Familiarity with special education principles and practices
- Knowledge of childhood development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
