Special Needs Education Support Assistant

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £90-£105 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. This represents an attractive rate for a teaching assistant position in London.
Job Description: We are currently seeking three SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a large, flourishing primary school located in Westminster. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have ADHD and Autism, as well as experience in dealing with challenging behavior. However, applications will also be accepted from those with significant Early Years experience not necessarily with a SEN background. A can-do attitude and some knowledge of the Early Years curriculum are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a willingness to adapt to changing situations. Previous experience working in a similar environment is highly desirable, but we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
