**Teaching Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Manage behaviour effectively
- Support on a 1:1 basis with SEN pupils
- Lead interventions to raise attainment
- Support emotional, social and academic development
- Monitor progress through targets
- Building nurturing attachments and fostering trust

**Learning Support Mentor Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related qualification
- Classroom based experience
- Behaviour management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
