We are currently looking for a **SEN Teaching Assistant** with SEN experience and effective behaviour management skills. You will be working 1:1 with a child that has ADHD, ASD and Behavioural Needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who require additional support
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Utilise effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and other staff members
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN
- Knowledge of special education strategies and interventions
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with educators, parents, and pupils
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children succeed and develop
- Ability to effectively manage behaviour and act as a positive role model
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse and complex needs of students

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with primary aged children
- Familiarity with working with SEN children and children with behavioural needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

**Salary**: £425.00-£525.00 per week
