Job Title: SEN Classroom Assistant

Location: A large, flourishing primary school in Westminster

Job Type: Full-time, long-term supply basis

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Classroom Assistant to join our team and support children with special educational needs in Nursery and Reception classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to children with ADHD and Autism
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Develop positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour
  • Knowledge of the Early Years curriculum
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
