About the Role

This Teaching Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to work in a 3-form entry Primary School with a great reputation.

The successful candidate will be working in an SEN Classroom with 10 children aged across Early Years-KS1, who all have Additional Needs - predominantly Autism.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide educational support to students with special educational needs.
  2. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  3. Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
