Teaching Assistant Role: We are recruiting for three Teaching Assistants to work in our Early Years department, supporting children with Autism and other special educational needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons, and provide individual support to pupils as needed.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons
  • Provide individual support to pupils with special educational needs
  • Assist with the development of pupil plans and reports

Key Requirements:
  • GCSE English and maths or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and pupils
