Early Years Educational Director

Ribbons and Reeves Limited seeks an experienced Team Lead in Early Childhood Education to oversee a team of Early Years educators. The successful candidate will have a strong educational background, leadership skills, and a passion for inspiring young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Early Years educators, guiding high standards of teaching and care
- Plan and implement a dynamic Early Years curriculum that fosters child-centred learning and a nurturing educational environment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the school community
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Early Years teacher
- Preferred Qualification: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable
- Education: An Oxbridge degree or degree from a top 20 UK university is highly desirable, though not essential
