Job Overview
Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Nurse Leader to oversee the setup and delivery of early phase and complex commercial studies across the Clinical Research Facility. This is an exciting opportunity to develop further research skills and experience in a dynamic and growing research workforce.

About the Role
The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to ensure that all CRF studies recruit to time and target within research governance requirements. They will act as a source of specialist knowledge concerning research for colleagues within their department and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve study objectives. The post holder will report to the CRF Lead Research Nurse and be based at the Royal Free Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the setup and delivery of early phase and complex commercial studies
- Provide leadership and guidance to research staff
- Ensure compliance with research governance requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve study objectives

Requirements
- Nursing qualification with current NMC registration
- Recognised research module/qualification or equivalent short courses and accredited updates
- Experience of working in CTIMP clinical research
- Experience of formal/informal teaching of patients and staff
