Lead Educator for Young Learners

We are seeking a skilled Early Years Team Lead to manage a team of educators, planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum that supports child-led learning. As a key member of our school community, you will build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of the Early Years curriculum, ensuring it meets high standards of teaching and care
- Lead and mentor Early Years educators, providing guidance and coaching to promote professional development
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, valuing diversity and promoting equality
