We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team in Camden.
Key Responsibilities- Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for young learners.
- Plan and lead engaging activities that foster child development indoors and outdoors.
- Develop personalized programs for children with additional needs.
- Build strong home-school connections by supporting open communication with parents.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years.
- Graduate in Education or a Core Subject.
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
- Some hands-on experience working with young children.
- A true passion for early years education.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and calm under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
