About the Role

We're currently seeking an exceptional Digital Optimisation Manager to join our team at Frasers Group.

As a key member of our digital team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our digital roadmap, enhancing the user journey across Search, Merch & Personalisation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the digital optimisation lead in developing a product discoverability roadmap.
  • Driving the vision for onsite search optimisation across fascias, enhancing the search experience to meet business goals.
  • Overseeing data-driven, customer-centric merchandising strategies.
  • Contributing to and managing digital projects from concept to delivery, focusing on optimisation aspects.
  • Working closely with the CDP team to better utilise customer data and increase 1:1 personalisation.
  • Leading cross-functional efforts to optimise customer experiences during trade events and other key initiatives.
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with relevant third-party vendors.
  • Leading and mentoring the optimisation team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital optimisation roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven strategies and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Expertise in onsite search optimisation and merchandising tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and interpreting data.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing day-to-day relationships with third-party tools.
