Job Title: Digital Optimisation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing data-driven visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience across our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven visual merchandising strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage onsite search functionality to ensure optimal configuration and enhance the search experience.
  • Enhance personalisation on site and app via search and merch tools to provide a tailored experience for customers.
  • Develop forward-thinking features to drive performance and align with the Frasers Group aspiration.
  • Contribute new ideas to our digital roadmap and manage these from concept through to delivery.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and iteration to ensure strategies are constantly evolving and improving.
  • Analyse and interpret A/B test results to inform future optimisation efforts.
  • Create and maintain playbooks of best practices to ensure consistent and scalable optimisation practices.
  • Use data insights to identify customer pain points and present recommendations for improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimise experience during trade events and other initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital optimisation, digital trade, analytics, or related roles.
  • Commercial and analytical mindset.
  • Passionate about customer behaviour and optimising online experiences.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with a sound commercial understanding.
  • Experience with Search & Merch tools such as Algolia or Attraqt.
  • Understanding of personalised algorithms and their impact on the customer journey.
  • Knowledge of GA and other analytical tools such as ContentSquare.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
