We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Residential Therapeutic Lead at Additional Resources. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of our therapeutic residential home.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, with experience in leadership and management roles. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification is essential, while a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare would be highly desirable.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing Care and Therapeutic Placement Plans, ensuring the children's emotional and mental health needs are met.
  • Leading the staff team in planning, organising, and delivering activities that are appropriate to the children's emotional and developmental needs.
  • Ensuring that all regulatory paperwork, logs, and reports are completed on time and meet required standards.

The salary for this position is £34,950 per annum, based on a 40-hour work week. We offer a competitive package, including:
