About the Job: At Care UK's Ayton House, we provide high-quality care to our residents in a luxury, purpose-built home. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, their families, and our team members. You will be responsible for case managing residents, liaising with healthcare professionals, and working closely with the leadership team to develop services.
