About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

The role involves working shifts over seven days, including alternative weekend work. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, assisting with daily tasks, and maintaining accurate records of resident care.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, rising to £12.61 if holding an NVQ Level 2 qualification and £12.93 if holding an NVQ Level 3 qualification. Additionally, we offer a generous joining bonus, pension scheme, lifetime assurance, and other benefits that contribute to your overall well-being.
